4. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the UniXpanse project: sourcing, qualifying, documenting and licensing first-person video datasets for embodied AI and humanoid robotics.
The Site is intended for AI companies and laboratories. It may provide contact forms, intake mechanisms and, where accounts exist, authenticated platform functionality.
The Site is not a creator agency, video host, stock library, automatic marketplace, or public file-hosting service.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its structure, software, interfaces, visual identity, texts, graphics, trademarks, logos and other original elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by law or authorised in writing, reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse of these elements is prohibited.
Video and other content submitted by users remain owned by the relevant rights holder, subject to the licences and contracts expressly agreed with UniXpanse.
Uploading or submitting content does not, by itself, transfer ownership of that content to UniXpanse.
6. Personal data
Pending incorporation, the operator of the Site is the controller for personal-data processing carried out for the Site itself (including contact and intake forms).
Following incorporation, the entity operating under the UniXpanse name may act as controller, as processor for a professional customer, or in another role determined under applicable data-protection law. Roles for platform, video and licensing processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies and trackers
The Site may use strictly necessary technical cookies and, depending on the configuration actually deployed, audience-measurement or performance-measurement technologies.
